The short version: GojiGif does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. It has no telemetry, no analytics, and no account system, and it makes zero network calls. Your recordings and the GIFs you create never leave your device.
GojiGif is a desktop application developed by Wolfberry AB, a software company based in Sweden. You can reach us at info@wolfberry.se.
None. GojiGif runs entirely on your computer. We do not collect, receive, or have access to any information about you, your device, or how you use the app.
GojiGif makes no network requests in normal use. There is no update check, no license activation, no usage reporting, and no cloud component. The app works fully offline.
When you record, frames are held in memory only for as long as needed to build the GIF, and the resulting GIF is written to a location you control (your Desktop by default). These files stay on your machine. We never see them, and the app never uploads them anywhere.
On macOS, GojiGif requests the system Screen Recording permission, and only when you start capturing — it is required by the operating system to record the screen. The app does not request any permission it does not need.
GojiGif contains no analytics SDKs, no trackers, no advertising, and no third-party code that phones home.
GojiGif does not collect data from anyone, including children.
